Position Summary
We're seeking an AI Experience Engineer to join our XQuest Media team, with a primary focus on implementing and optimizing our systematic production revision process. In this role, you'll develop comprehensive asset inventories like BlissQuest, guide projects through our structured four-stage revision workflow, and build experience-driven systems that strengthen relationships between creators, clients, and audiences. Your mission extends beyond technical implementation—you'll create measurable value through trust networks that significantly improve production efficiency and audience retention.
Key Responsibilities
Production Revision System Development
- Implement and optimize our four-stage revision process across client projects:
- 01 Revision (Shot Breakdown): Facilitate creation of shot lists, voiceover concepts, scene descriptions, and visual style guidance
- 02 Revision (Image Sequence and VO): Oversee finalization of image sequences and voiceover scripts
- 03 Revision (Video & Music Draft): Guide assembly of draft videos, music integration, and additional elements
- Final Revision (Minor Video Edits): Manage timing adjustments, sound design refinements, and graphical updates
- Create templates and workflows for each revision stage to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables
- Develop AI agent prompts that facilitate efficient progression through the revision process
Asset Inventory Management
- Build and maintain comprehensive asset inventories like BlissQuest using XQuest's experience-driven systems
- Configure automated tracking and organization of production elements throughout the creative process
- Create structured repositories for shot lists, voiceover scripts, mood boards, and reference materials
- Implement version control systems that maintain relationship context across project iterations
- Develop relationship-based permission models for collaborative asset access and modification
Stakeholder Relationship Development
- Configure multi-stakeholder networks for 4+ production ecosystems
- Develop custom relationship workflows for creator-client-audience alignment
- Create 2+ value distribution models for collaborative content creation

Qualifications
Skills
- Proficiency in Media Production, Digital Arts, Computer Science, or related field
